What science did you learn?
Well, in science we learn about photosynthesis. We learned how it it made and what things it needs to make itself (photosynthesis). We started to say that things you need for photosynthesis is light,water,green-grow-energy. Then as we progress through the week we added things we needed for plants to photosynthesis. We did an experiment to a spinach leave to see with different ways it stays over night if it still can photosynthesis. Now we know that you need carbon dioxide, H2O, hydrogen, and it makes oxygen and food. There is one special thing that it works with and that is glucose and chlorophyll.
How did you learn these science ideas?
I learn the science ideas by taking notes and disusing in class. We did an experiment on for the spinach leave for photosynthesis, we put a leave in a cup then another leave in water in a cup and both of them near light. We left them over might and we looked at there results. This was the experiment we did this week for photosynthesis.
Why is it important to know these ideas?
Its important to know these ideas because it could have to do with something in real life. Like if you have a plant right next to a window and you look at it and it looked like it was breathing. Well now you know its the progress of photosynthesis.
